RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate provision of downloadable content, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital files or download link have been made available to you.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital content before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. You acknowledge and agree that, once access to the digital content or downloading begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, incompatibility with preferred printing methods, or differences in colour caused by screens, printers, inks, paper or print settings.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law. Where the digital content is defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or otherwise not supplied in conformity with the contract, please contact us at hello@diamondartdesign.com.
